Project start & preliminary planning
- Clarification of objectives, time frame and framework conditions
- Site and soil analyses
- Obtaining and coordinating all approvals
Planning & concept development
- Technical planning (module assignment, string routing, inverters)
- Construction plans, schedules, cost calculations
- Preparation of all approval documents
Ground preparation
- Checking for contaminated sites/combat agents, clearing if necessary. Clearing
- Surveying, staking out and site preparation
- Setting up assembly areas, access routes and construction site logistics
Mounting the substructure
- Foundation with pile-driven, screw or concrete foundations
- Construction of the substructure according to plan
- Precise alignment for optimum energy yield
Module installation & cabling
- Installation of the solar modules with fixed mounting
- DC cabling within the strings
- Preparation of electrical components and cable routes to transformers
Electrical Installation & Tests
- Connection of modules and inverters, connection to the power grid
- Integration of protection and monitoring systems
- Carrying out extensive functional tests (insulation, earthing, power, protection mechanisms)
- Complete documentation and test protocols
Commissioning & handover
- Official system release after all tests
- Step-by-step commissioning with real-time monitoring
- Training of the operator and handover of all relevant documents
